Meal Plan & Grocery Haul (Pantry Challenge Week 1)

Just a little housekeeping first... 

• My meal plan begins with Friday because I grocery shop on Thursdays; I dated the left hand column to help with any confusion. Sometimes I will switch meals around depending on how the day is going or any surprises that come up. 
•  I gave myself two easy lunch options in case things get crazy, and listed the lunches my husband will take to work. 
• You will notice that Thursday for lunch we will be buying corn dogs from Sonic. Our Sonic is running a $0.50 corn dog day on May 4th. We will take drinks and non-perishable sides with us in the car then pick up corn dogs while out and about. 
• Most of the dairy items I purchased will last us more than a week and some of the produce I bought will still be going strong Thursday when I head out to buy groceries again.
